Check out this link: http://onestory.org/Partners. This is a strategic mission partnership between the IMB, YWAM, Wycliffe, Campus Crusade, and TransWorld Radio. David Hamilton, the U of N Provost, is the liaison for YWAM to One Story, and he is based here in Kona. Dr. Grant Lovejoy and Avery Willis, both with the IMB, are orality experts who are helping drive the partnership as well, and they have been to the U of N multiple times this year. That is one thing I really like about being an IMB missionary. We are more open than ever to partnering and networking with like-minded GCCs (Great Commission Christians.) I think all of us realize that in order to reach the world, we are going to have to lay aside our minor differences and join together in the main task of making disciples of the nations. It is exciting to see these kinds of joint ventures beginning to take place more and more. If you see Avery Willis send him our greetings from Ecuador. His sister Norma was a missionary here for several years and grew to love and appreciate her very much (her husband just recently passed away.)
